■Vintage wax processing hip label■
‐Vintage-style flasher with printed serial number-
A special hip flasher featuring vintage processing inspired by maps from the Age of Discovery, with a printed serial number. Each piece of paper is individually processed.

Uses threads dyed black for both the warp and weft, allowing you to enjoy depth and contrast.

■Okayama cloth■

<Fit sample: size 32 / height 179 cm>
■Smart silhouette■
‐Smart silhouette line-
A smart silhouette that is slightly slimmer than a standard straight cut. Designed to be clean, with pocket sizing and waist circumference adjusted to make your legs look longer.

■Pure copper punch-through rivet■
‐Pure copper punch-through rivets-
While many products use plated parts, we have focused on the material itself. These are vintage-style punch-through rivets made of pure copper. A distinctive feature is how the thread gets wrapped around the rivet during the punching process.

■Hidden rivet■
‐Hidden rivets-
Hidden rivets, once implemented to prevent damage to horse saddles. They subtly increase durability. There is something truly irresistible about how they dull with long-term wear.

■Tack button fly■
‐Two-prong SL button-
Button with two prongs, specially chosen for a vintage feel. It clinches the denim powerfully with thick prongs.

■Stitch hand movement■
‐Stitch pitch and thread count-
Thread spacing and gauge inspired by vintage jeans. Calculated to prevent breakage and handle stress, the gauge and color are intentionally switched depending on the section, with thicker, impactful thread used for the waist and crotch. The stitch pitch is also precisely engineered. A level of sewing that must be called an art, enough to impress even veteran craftsmen.

■Stitch color■
‐Two-tone stitching-
Enjoy stitch color variation using charcoal and black threads. Uses thread that ages and fades along with the denim.

■Drop Stitch■
‐Lock-stitching method-
A characteristic sewing technique from the era before back-tacking existed. Designed with specialized techniques to ensure years of wear without fraying, even without using back-tacking.

■Ring stitch union special■
‐Chain stitch-
Chain stitching performed using a machine specifically for sewing the waist. Sewn on a Union Special machine that was used to produce vintage jeans back in the day.

■triangle stitch■
‐Triangle stitch-
Also known as a V-stitch, this reproduces the characteristic design of vintage jeans from the pre-back-tacking era. A button is punched at the end of the stitch after it protrudes from the bottom of the waist in a triangular shape.

■Inflate belt loop■
‐Vintage belt loop-
To ensure a robust and long-lasting pair of jeans, the belt loops are raised in the middle, a vintage specification from the past meant to protect the stitching. This prevents the threads from snapping and allows for many years of tough wear.
