Product delivery time
Basically, we ship within 7 days (excluding holidays) from the next day after your order is placed.
However, there may be a delay if there is no stock or during busy periods.
Products will be delivered by SG Holdings Co., Ltd.(Excluding some remote islands)
Made-to-order and pre-order items are shipped according to the estimated shipping shown on the product page (for made-to-order items with a monthly deadline, within 1 to 2 months after the deadline at the end of each month). If made-to-order or pre-order items are ordered together with regular items, all items will be shipped together once everything is ready.
Overseas shipping is only the United States, and will be shipped by YAMATO HOLDINGS Co., LTD
Basically, we will ship within 7days from the next day after ordering.
Arrival time may take up to 2 months depending on the situation.
About Defective Products
Please be sure to check the product upon arrival.
For initial defects, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days from the date of arrival at.
We will exchange the product or refund your money.
Return Policy for domestic
If the product is not defective and you wish to return it, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of arrival of the product.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
However, we do not accept returns in the following cases
・Items worn once.
・Products without Tag.
・If customer causes scratches or stain after arrivals.
・Items that have been hemmed, processed or remodeled.
・Made-to-order and pre-order items (after the deadline).
Cancellation of made-to-order and pre-order items
Made-to-order and pre-order items may be cancelled until the deadline shown on the product page (or, if none is shown, until we start production or preparing shipment). After that, cancellations and returns for personal reasons are not accepted. Defective or wrong items will be exchanged or refunded. To cancel, please use the contact form.
Return Policy for international
We do not accept returns due to reasons such as the size does not fit or the image is different. Only initial defects will be accepted.
