Product Sales

Product delivery time
Basically, we ship within 7 days (excluding holidays) from the next day after your order is placed.
However, there may be a delay if there is no stock or during busy periods.
Products will be delivered by SG Holdings Co., Ltd.(Excluding some remote islands)

Overseas shipping is only the United States, and will be shipped by YAMATO HOLDINGS Co., LTD
Basically, we will ship within 7days from the next day after ordering.

Arrival time may take up to 2 months depending on the situation. 

About Defective Products

Please be sure to check the product upon arrival.

For initial defects, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days from the date of arrival at.
We will exchange the product or refund your money.

Return Policy for domestic

If the product is not defective and you wish to return it, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of arrival of the product.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
However, we do not accept returns in the following cases

・Items worn once.

・Products without Tag.

・If customer causes scratches or stain after arrivals.

・If the products has not been the hem taken up, processing, remodeling.

Return Policy for international

We do not accept returns due to reasons such as the size does not fit or the image is different. Only initial defects will be accepted.
